CODE OF CONDUCT

The BLUeSINGA Code of conduct defines BLUeSINGA’s values that mainly compromises integrity along with transparency, high standards, professionalism, performance & responsiveness, respect for people and collective commitment. Also, its main focus to be principle for action that includes fighting corruption, protecting BLUeSINGA’s assets, establishing a relationship of trust with customers and suppliers, respecting employees, and living in the community with regard to its employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.


It gives exuberance to us that the primary motive of our company is to believe in relation between us, employee and our customers. BLUeSINGA is a recent establishment and is inclined towards building values as the roots of our company, it articulates the Group’s that guide and govern the conduct of our organization as well as our colleagues in all matters relating to business.

 
ANTICORRUPTION CODE OF CONDUCT


BLUeSINGA has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of corruption and financial irregularity. The BLUeSINGA’s Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct reinforces BLUeSINGA’s commitment to its fight against corruption.
It is to be noted that we are against any kind of Bribery being exercised under the name of our company, measures will be taken inside our company of the Group to recruit and work with Intermediaries.
This code of conduct may be addressed to BLUeSINGA’s employees as well as all of its partners, it specifies and describes behaviors that can be characteristic of acts of corruption or influence peddling using practical, concrete, and clear examples. It also indicates the proper way to behave if confronted with actions or situations that could mark acts of corruption or influence peddling.
